Cutex Nail Polish Remover Pads

So I recently received the Goddess VoxBox from influenster for free to test out products and included was a product from Cutex. It was a nail polish remover pad that comes individually. I think these are absolutely for travel when going on extended trips. If you are like me, I love to change my polish very often and these will come in handy on my future vacations.

Below, is a video of me using the nail polish pads. These pads are more so like a rough sponge rather than a cotton ball which, is what I usually use. If it looks like I'm having a hard time, I promise it was because I was trying my best to make sure my phone didn't fall while filming!

These do remove polish well and one remover pad actually removed polish from my entire hand! These can get expensive because a 3 pack at Target is $1.49. But, if you need it on the go, I think it is totally worth!

What are you thoughts? Have you tried these yet? Would love to know!

Hello everyone! I thought I would jump on here quickly and share with you the FULL SPOILERS for the July Boxycharm shared by LauraLee88 on snapchat! If you don't know who she is, I'll link here youtube channel here for you to check her out. She's a super sweet and funny youtuber that I love to watch!

The first product has been spoiled already and is a Ofra Cosmetics Z palette filled with six eyeshadow singles worth $59.

PYT Argan Oil Treatment is another product in the box and is worth $30.

The next product is a Mally Beauty Eyeliner in Ice Blue worth $18. I have a couple of Mally Beauty eyeliners from a set I purchased at Christmas and I absolutely love the formula! It glides smoothly without tugging or pulling at your eye.

Next up is a Noyah Lip Gloss in the shade Malbec. This is worth $16.

Below is the Noyah Lip gloss and the Mally Eyeliner swatched!

This box is worth a total of $123 from the full price value of the items! This box seems like a really great value! Will you be getting this? I'd love to hear your thoughts in the comment section below!

Walgreens Haul May/June 2015

I found some great products recently at Walgreens and though I would share!

These Wet n Wild Megaliner Liquid Eyeliners are part of the Limited Edition Spring Collection and I absolutely love them! They are super pigmented and last for quite a while! My favorite way to wear them is the layer them on like a normal eyeliner and then take a liquid black liner as close to the lash line as possible. I find this not only helps the color to pop but, also helps to make your lashes look fuller!

For a $3 pack of brow products, these actually perform really well! The Wet n Wild Brow Pencil pulls a little red on me but, can be toned done with a proper brow powder (like the Elf Brow kit). For a really inexpensive product, I love it. The pencil lends more on the creamy side but, can be easily controlled with a light hand. The brow wax pencil hold pretty well but, I prefer the wax in the Elf Brow kit. Not bad for $3 though!

The Wet n Wild illumi-naughty Concealer might be my new favorite for under the eyes. Although, I am not the biggest fan of brush tip products, I can overlook that for this concealer. I love the color and consistency. It is a creamier concealer but, will last all day when set with a powder. One draw back to this concealer is the limited shade range of only two shades that fit only light to light-medium skin tones. If you can find a shade to work with you, I highly recommend it! It is a slightly cheaer alternative (at $5 a pop) to the Maybelline Age Rewind concealer.

The Wet n Wild Matte Lip Colour is a gorgeous lip color but, has a very patchy and not well pigmented formula. Plus, it is drying on the lips. Would not recommend unless you exfoliate like a mother trucker and apply a ton of lip balm.

The Wet n Wild Megaslick lip balms, however, are great for the summer months. They last between 3 to 6 hours before reapplication and are just an effortless lip color. Once applied, not much thought is needed to worry about how they look as I found they wear off pretty evenly and leave a slight stain behind. I found a 2 pack for $3 at Walgreens!

Well, that's it! I hope you enjoyed this little haul. Let me know some of your favorite Wet n Wild products below!

New ELF Products

Hello Everyone! I was scrolling through the ELF website (like I'm sure all of you naturally do) and saw some new and interesting products! Just thought I would share some of those with you today. Enjoy!

Beautifully Bare 3-in-1 Makeup Base is a new product that claims to prime the skin, brighten and refine the appearance. It has Acai, Grapeseed oil, and Vitamin C and E. It is $10 a pop which, to me, seems expensive for an Elf product but, it does contain good skincare ingredients.
Beautifully Bare Lightweight Concealer Stick claims to conceal dark circles and imperfection the a silky, creamy formula. It unfortunately only comes in 4 different shades. For me, ELF typically is too dark even with the fairest shades. ELF also doesn't run deep enough either but, they may add shades later. Unlike the Makeup Base above, this will only set you back a mere 4 dollars.

Micellar Cleansing Water claims to cleanse the skin an remove makeup. The bottle contains 5.0 fluid ounces for $7. I think this is quite high considering Garnier's micellar water costs about the same this elf one and contains 13.5 fluid ounces of product. I really love Garnier's formula better and recommend you check that out first.

Beautifully Bare Finishing Powder claims to be a lightweight powder that will give some coverage while mattifying the skin and minimizing imperfections. This comes with a powder puff and a mirror. This will cost you $6.

ELF revamped their Daily Hydration Moisturizer with a new, limited edition one containing SPF 15. Just make a note that if enough people like this, they will make it permanent, This happened with their 4 pan illuminating palette. It was originally a limited edition product and then ELF saw that so many people like it, they brought it back for good. This product cost $7.

Lastly, the Precision Sponge Trio is Elf's take on the beauty blender. Comes with a large sponge meant for blending foundation, a medium meant for contour or blush and a small meant blend hard to reach places like inner corner concealer. It is latex free in case you were wondering. It costs $12 for the set.

Well that's it! I'd love to hear if you have tried out any of the products or plan on trying them!

Walmart Beauty Box Summer 2016

Walmart Beauty Box is a subscription box that is delivered once every season for $5 including shipping. This is one of the cheapest subscription boxes around so if you aren't sure about subscription boxes, this would be a good one to try.

Vaseline Intensive Care Advanced Repair Unscented Lotion (Value: $0.70) is a nice lotion that absorbs quickly and is unscented so if you are sensitive to that, this may be a nice option for you. I am traveling pretty soon so it is nice to have this with me.

St. Ives Fresh Skin Apricot Scrub (Value: $0.58) is the non blemish prone version which means it does not contain Salicylic Acid. So, this would be a good option for dry skin that still want a gentle exfoliation.

Eucerin In- Shower Moisturizer (Value: $0.19) is a very similar product to the Nivea In-Shower Body lotion. I perfer Nivea as they have a version for Very Dry Skin with Almond Oil. This still is not a bad product. I just prefer body butter first and then the Nivea version.

Arm & Hammer Truly Radiant Clean and Fresh (Value: $1.33) is a nice travel sized toothpaste to take on a trip. This claims to whiten teeth in five days and I believe it does. I could not find a link to this online so I believe this may be new.

Sally Hansen Airbush Legs (Value: $1.80) is a makeup to put on your legs to make them look flawless. I have been too scared to try this product because it is in medium and I am pale as the winter's snow. So, I know it won't match me skin tone. But, it is interesting that this is water resistant so you may be able to put this before the beach or pool and not have to worry,

Schwarzkopf Essence Ultimate Diamond Color and Radiance Shampoo and Conditioner (Value:$1.75 together) have a really weird baby powder and fragrance smell. I don't have color treated hair so this shampoo isn't meant for me anyway but, I find the fragrance to be off putting and the shampoo is not bad but, not my favorite either.

Lady Gaga Fame (Value: $0.20) is a Black Liquid Perfume. I find this scent to be more on the spicy side rather than floral. I like it but, I prefer more sweet, floral fragrances like Juicy Couture's Viva La Juicy Noir.

All in all, this had a nice assortment of products to travel with for the summer. I wish there was a way to customize skin tone because that would maximize your sample usage. The total value for the box is $6.25 which is not bad. I have gotten Walmart Beauty Boxes not worth more than the cost so that is something to note. For $5 though, I can't really complain.

What did you think? I would love to know your thoughts!
